ME AND ABBEY ROAD April 27/200 4:23 PM I never quite made it big in music. In fact I didn’t even make it small. I’ve toured across Canada, but in my own van. I’ve opened for some big names, but not at the height of their careers. I’ve had a few songs on television but I don’t even know on what shows. And I’ve had a song or two (okay, one) very close to being in a big movie. Be Brave Tonight got all the way to pre-screens in LA and final mixes in London's Abbey Road studios before being yanked at the last minute in favour of an orchestra in the denouement of Message In A Bottle. Was it the right move? Could the song have drastically changed the box-office numbers on their opening weekend? Hear a live version of Be Brave Tonight here.
